PROBLEM : In the second year of the pandemic, several regions have started to do offline learning, only in Tangerang, which is the domicile of Kinderhaven, there has been no decision to conduct face-to-face learning that cause of so many parents questioning and pressing for kinderhaven do face-to-face learning.

SOLUTION: 

Answering this issue, my team and I tried to convince parents that Kinderhaven is not unwilling to do face-to-face learning but has not received permission from government, by making a series of online activations such as making a video campaign entitled “kinderhavensip” which shows that in any condition, offline and online, Kinderhaven is always ready, making kindertalks sessions with pediatricians, collaborating with Bethsaida Hospital with the theme of advantages and disadvantages of offline learning activities during the pandemic, and collaborating with child psychologists to make kindertalks with the theme of how to maintain children’s mental stability when studying online at home.
